The Inter-Nationals Intensive Career Summer School in Norwegian​ is accepting applications.

Applications are now open for the 2021 edition of The Inter-Nationals Intensive Career Summer School in Norwegian​. The aim of the summer school is to help immigrants to develop their language, cultural, and career management skills so that they can kickstart their professional career or start a business in Norway.

The program is free and targets skilled immigrants who we like to describe as “plug and play” because with the right support they can quickly start contributing intellectually and economically to the Norwegian society.

The summer school will be held over a 6-weeks period between June 28 and August 6, 2021. The classes are intensive and will be facilitated by certified professionals who have local expertise and long term experience in supporting (skilled) immigrants to manage their career in Norway. Participants are free to choose between the job-seekers track and the entrepreneurs track based on their short and long term career goals in Norway.

The summer school complements our diversity training for businesses because we at Inter-Nationals believe that the inclusion of immigrants in society and in working life is a two-way road between individual immigrants and businesses. According to the Programme Manager, Johan Morales, working on both sides of the equation is the fastest way to maximize the benefits that immigrants’ inclusion and productivity contribute to the Norwegian society.
